FAQ

Where are you based?
I am based in Durbanville (South Africa).

How far in advance should I order?
There is a three days lead time.

Can I customise my bouquet?
Sure you can! Please look at my gallery or the individual flowers toggle and design your own by selecting the flowers and colours you'd like to feature.

How do I pay?
I will send quotation with bank details and order will be confirmed once proof of payment has been received.

What happens if I have to cancel my order?
I will give a refund if an order has to be cancelled with 12 hours notice.

How do I place an order?
You can contact us via Whatsapp and we'll get back to you quickly if we have any questions about your order.

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Collection of orders are encouraged but delivery can be arranged at additional cost.

Can I come collect the order myself?
Yes of course, you can come collect your order.
The address will be shared via Whatsapp.

How do I transport my bouquet or bloombox?
Upon request, a perfectly fitted box will be provided for the bouquets. In warm weather if travelling a longer distance, please place into a cooler box.

How do I store it at home?
Please refrigerate and remove in time to reach room temperature before serving. This is will ensure the optimum eating experience. Our cupcakes are decorated with buttercream icing and are subject to extreme temperatures.

How long do the cupcakes last?
The cupcakes will last for four days if refrigerated.

By purchasing products from Blooming Cupcakes, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions.All prices are non-negotiable, based on the specifications outlined in our pricelist on your invoice. Full payment is required for order confirmation, with a 48-hour grace period. Orders with outstanding payments after this period may be canceled.Adjustments to finalized orders are at Blooming Cupcakes' discretion. Refunds for last-minute cancellations, non-collected orders due to valid reasons, or extreme circumstances are subject to our discretion.Orders are for collection only at the specified address on your invoice.Cancellation refund policy: 30 days or more before delivery - full refund, 7-14 days - 50% refund, less than 7 days - no refund.While we aim for uniformity, exact color and design matches cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of our products.Allergies must be declared at purchase. Blooming Cupcakes is not responsible for undeclared allergies.Perishable goods should be consumed within 3-4 days.
